Emergencies happen at all times of the day and night.

Having emergency tradespeople on hand is essential when you manage residential and commercial properties. At Your Building and Maintenance Team, we have a group of tradespeople who can be called on for emergency repairs at any time of the day or night.

What is an emergency repair? It’s one where there is an immediate danger to the resident or occupier of the building. Usually, emergency repairs are plumbing and electrical repairs that need to be made safe quickly so that people don’t get injured and your building isn’t damaged. If an emergency repair happens in the middle of the night, one of our team can attend, and make the situation safe, returning the next day to complete the full repair. If an emergency repair happens during the day, if we can send someone to attend straight away we will, otherwise, one of our emergency repairers will attend, and make the property safe, awaiting for full repair.
